1. The standard operating temperature is 23 ℃, and everyone should understand this. The drying time of the hot melt line paint is 23 ℃, which should not exceed 3 minutes. If the operating temperature exceeds this temperature, the drying time will increase.

High ground temperature: After the marking coating is completed, due to the high ground temperature, the temperature of asphalt roads in summer is higher, reaching over 60 degrees Celsius. When the temperature of the paint marking on the hot melt marking decreases to the same temperature as the sidewalk, refrigeration will not be carried out. The signs will not be boring. This situation can easily occur at noon. The double yellow line in the middle of the road surface is particularly severe. Due to the long sunshine in the middle of the road, the heat gradually dissipates.

 

3. The density of paint itself is a challenge. Using too many modifiers (such as leveling agents) to improve leveling and reduce the cost of industrial coatings can reduce the softening point of the type of coating, resulting in slow drying and loosening of the hot melt type coating.
