Cold spray marking, also known as room temperature underline, refers to the method of immediately marking the paint according to the diluent to a certain program flow without heating the paint. The color is clear and the processing process is relatively simple.
2. Hot melt marking
Hot melt marking refers to the melting of paint based on the marking inside the heated paint bucket, which is generally composed of thermoplastic plastics, pigments and fillers, reflective raw materials, and other modifiers. The hot melt coating is in powder form at room temperature, and it will solidify after cooling. To avoid peeling of the hot melt coating, the top coat of the coating is usually applied, and some floors will continue to be covered with reflective glass beads to improve the recognition of reflection at night; For hot-melt pavement coatings, their flowability is a crucial performance indicator throughout the entire construction process. Adjusting the proportion of flow aids in the coating, under the premise of ensuring quality and quantity, ensures that the coating has excellent flowability, and the proportion of epoxy resin in the coating cannot be too small. This type of marking method is much more complicated than cold spray marking.
The key components of hot-melt road marking coatings include anti-corrosion coatings, glass marbles, coloring pastes, body building materials, fillers, additives, etc.
