Usage of Hot Melt Road Coatings

The usage method of hot melt road coatings mainly includes the following steps:

Mixing and stirring of raw materials: First, mix the raw materials together and stir thoroughly. Pay attention to adding RQT-K-1 as a fluorescent whitening agent for hot melt coatings, with a dosage of approximately two-thirds.

Heating and melting: Pour the mixed coating into the hot melt kettle and start heating. Heating to around 220 ℃ completed the coating hot melt process.

Construction operation: Then the hot melt marking machine can start. Finally, draw lines in an orderly manner, wait for air drying, complete the drawing of the hot melt coating, and wait for inspection.

Attention: When using hot melt marking paint for melting materials, the following points should be noted:
If the same coating is used in the project, it is necessary to ensure that the viscosity of the material is consistent.

It is not allowed to heat materials for a long time at higher temperatures (greater than 220 ℃) to prevent discoloration and quality degradation of hot melt marking coatings at high temperatures.

After the melted coating is released, reduce the amount of fire appropriately and slowly add the new coating into the kettle.

During the heating process, adjust the flame size and stirring intensity according to the specific situation to ensure that the product meets quality requirements.

There should be a plan for the daily construction materials, and the materials should be cleared after the work is completed. If there is residual paint in the kettle after construction is completed,

it should be released in a timely manner, cooled and solidified, crushed, and mixed with new materials for use in the next construction, but avoid repeated heating and melting.
