The coating is a solid powder, so once it becomes damp, the moisture in the hot melt kettle will turn into water vapor during the entire process of heating, causing many bubbles on the surface of the marking project during the entire construction process. Generally speaking, it is normal for paint to cause bubbles during the entire melting process. During the entire construction process, when bubbles diffuse from the inside of the marking line to the outside of the surface of the shaped marking line, and the marking line has already dried up before the bubbles diffuse to the surface, such bubbles do not affect the appearance of the marking line, but can affect the tightness and impact toughness of the marking line;

If the bubble spreads to the surface of the marking and the marking is not dry, the bubble will crack or form a bubble shape; If the marking surface dries at this time, it will cause pinholes or similar small hill shaped bubbles on the surface of the marking. Therefore, the coating must be stored in a natural environment that is shaded, dry, and naturally ventilated, avoiding exposure to sunlight, moisture, etc. It should also be packaged in waterproof and moisture-proof bags to prevent the coating from being waterproof and affecting its application.
