Before using the machine, please mix the road marking paint with an appropriate amount of diluent and stir evenly and

smoothly

Put the mixed paint bucket into the designated position of the marking machine, then insert the suction pipe and reflux

pipe.Before each use, please apply a few drops of lubricating oil to the position of the plunger rod

Turn on the power switch, and at this time, the reflux pipe will return to discharge for about 10 seconds. Close the reflux

valve, and you will see a pressure display. The conventional set pressure value is between 10-18 megapascals, and

the pressure regulating valve is located below the power switch, with a black knob.

Adjust the spray width to adjust the height of the spray gun holder, and adjust the pointer to around 25 square tubes.

Left hand pull line control for positioning straight lines and turns, right hand pull line control for switch guns.

After using the machine, the power switch must be turned off first, and then the diluent must be replaced for cleaning,

just like operating paint.

Attention: Do not start the machine when it is empty. Before starting the machine, the suction pipe

must be inserted into the liquid, otherwise the sealing ring may be damaged. If the machine is not

used for half a month, please fully charge it first, then open the battery cover and remove all the

positive wires on the sixth battery to prevent the battery from running out of power and starving to

death due to prolonged use.

Please install the armrest, connect the wiring and pipelines, and install the spray gun on the gun rack.

Please add an appropriate amount of diluent to the prepared paint and stir with an electric mixer until the paint

becomes smooth. Apply a few drops of the lubricating oil we have prepared to the position of the plunger rod.

Place the paint bucket on the marking machine and add gasoline to the gasoline engine (the engine oil has been added

before leaving the factory)

Place the suction and return pipes into the paint bucket and start the gasoline engine (Before starting, the reflux valve

needs to be in the open state, and the operating switch needs to be in the closed state.)

Adjust the throttle of the gasoline engine to around medium speed to ensure sufficient power generation.

Turn on the operation switch and observe whether the paint discharge from the reflux pipe is normal. After 10 seconds

of paint discharge, close the reflux valve.

Pay attention to the pressure gauge at this time. We adjust the pressure through the pressure knob on the panel and

set the pressure to around 13 megapascals.

Adjust the gun holder square tube and extend it outward until the spray gun position exceeds the rear large wheel to

prevent the rear wheel from pressing the line.

Prepare a ruler and use your right hand to pull the line to control the shooting. Measure the width of the sprayed mark

ing with the ruler and adjust it up and down with the clamp to control the spray width. After setting it, tighten the clamp

and adjust the pointer left and right to align the marking to the left, center, and right. The specific position of the marking

depends on the position of your waterline.

When painting, walk in a straight line and do not grab the brake handle with your left hand. After positioning and clamping,

push both hands forward directly. If encountering a turn, grab the brake handle with your left hand to complete the turn.

After the construction is completed, please turn off the running switch on the gasoline engine or panel to ensure that

the plunger rod is not moving. Remove the paint bucket and replace it with a thinner bucket. Prepare at least half of the

bucket, and clean it just like the previous operation of the paint until all the paint is washed out. The discharged paint

can be returned to the paint bucket without waste, and the spray gun can be removed for manual spraying.

For the first maintenance of a gasoline engine, the cumulative working time is 50 hours to change the oil. After that, the

oil change time is 200 hours, and the air filter is regularly cleaned.

Insert the suction pipe into the bottom of the paint bucket, and also put the reflux pipe into the paint bucket. Open the

reflux valve and start the gasoline engine. Pay attention to observing the discharge of the reflux pipe for about 8

seconds. Close the reflux valve, and at this time, the pressure gauge will display the pressure. Set the pressure to

8-12mpa for single gun operation, and 15mpa for double gun operation.

Now adjust the throttle of the gasoline engine again to minimize the vibration point of the spray gun, which is the

optimal throttle position.

The spray gun switch is pulled on the right-hand side and controlled by the left-hand side for turning.

The method of adjusting the spraying width is to adjust the height of the spray gun holder, and the pointer can be

adjusted left and right.

knife holder are filled with butter, and the oil filter is filled with an appropriate amount of engine oil.

Before starting, confirm that the clutch is in a disengaged state, push the push rod of the directional valve to the middle

position (neutral), and lift the blade off the ground.

The diesel engine can be started either electrically or manually (After starting, increase the throttle)

Kick the clutch lever to the left position, push the reversing valve stem upwards to move the equipment forward.

Adjust the lifting rod to slowly land the blade and start removing the thread.

Before the construction is completed, the blade should be off the ground, the reversing valve push rod should be

pushed to the middle position, and the clutch rod should be kicked to the right.

The diesel engine has been working for a total of 50 hours, and the oil should be replaced every time for 200 hours.

The oil filter oil should be replaced every day.
