How to distinguish between two-component and multi-component marking hot melt coatings

2-C: Two component marking coatings generally use a ratio mode of 100:1, 100:4, and 98:2, with different shapes of curing agents used in each form:

Reactive component: Hardener Powder (BPO)=100:1 Reactive component: Powder Curing Agent (BPO)=100:1

reactive component  : hardener beads 2000 = 100 : 4
Reaction component: granular curing agent 2000=100:4

reactive component : liquid hardener = 98 : 2
Reaction component: Liquid curing agent=98:22-C Note: Powder curing agent and particle curing agent are mostly used for colored road surfaces, while liquid curing agent is mostly used for spray painted markings or colored road surfaces (due to equipment and liquid curing agent reasons, it is widely used abroad)
3-c: Three component marking paint generally adopts a ratio mode of 1:1, and the curing agent is divided into powder and liquid forms:

non-reactive component + liquid hardener : reactive componente = 1 : 1
Non reactive component *+liquid curing agent: reactive component=1:1

non-reactive component + Hardener powder BPO : reactive component = 1 : 1
Non reactive component *+powder curing agent BPO: reactive component=1:1

In China, the 1:1 form of three components is mostly used for marking construction in forms such as spraying, scraping, and protrusion
