Factor 1: Brightness factor lays the foundation

The brightness factor of hot melt coating directly affects the reflectivity coefficient of the marking line. The use of resin with deep color codes and the addition of too little titanium dioxide can also affect the brightness factor. In addition, adding whitening agents, such as blue series pigments, may increase the visual whiteness, but it will affect the brightness factor.

Factor 2: The selection of microbeads is very important

The roundness rate of microbeads directly affects the coefficient of retroreflection (choose microbeads with a roundness rate of 80% or more as much as possible), and the size of microbeads will affect the coefficient of retroreflection.

Factor 3: Temperature control during construction is crucial

The temperature of the construction material will affect the reflectivity coefficient. Controlling the material temperature and ensuring that 50% -60% of the microbeads are embedded in the marking coating is effective.

Factor 4: The distribution of microbeads should be uniform

Excessive or insufficient spreading can affect the reflectivity coefficient of the marking line, and the appropriate amount should be around 0.35kg/m2.

It is recommended to use coatings with high brightness factor and large particle microbeads with high roundness rate to ensure the qualified detection of the anti reflection coefficient. At the same time, pay attention to the uniformity of bead distribution and control the construction temperature!
