1、 The particularity of cement pavement: the root of construction challenges

There are essential differences between cement pavement and asphalt pavement:

Porous water absorption characteristics: The cement base has a high porosity, which easily absorbs the resin components of the coating and weakens the adhesion;

Difference in thermal expansion coefficient: Cement and coating have different shrinkage rates, and are prone to peeling when there is a large temperature difference;

Surface floating ash problem: residual release agent on newly paved road surface, sanding and dust on old road surface, hindering bonding.

2、 Before construction: Base surface treatment determines success or failure

Cleaning and decontamination: Use high-pressure water gun to rinse and remove floating dust and oil stains, with a focus on handling residual debris in expansion joints; Oil contaminated areas need to be baked with a gun and polished to avoid the formation of an isolation layer.

Humidity control: The moisture content of the base surface needs to be tested during construction after rain (simple method: laying plastic film for 24 hours without water vapor); Use TOP ROAD quick drying primer in humid environments to shorten maintenance time.

Defect repair: If the crack width exceeds 3mm, it needs to be filled with sealant to avoid thermal expansion and contraction cracking after the coating penetrates; The locally sanding area is reinforced with epoxy mortar to enhance the overall integrity of the base surface.

3、 During construction: precise coordination of temperature and process

Coating melting control: The material temperature is 10-15 ℃ lower than that of asphalt pavement to prevent the high temperature from exacerbating the vaporization and foaming of water on the cement base surface; San Aisi anti cracking formula adds flexible modifiers to ensure low-temperature fluidity.

Key to Bottom Glue Coating: Select a high permeability cement specific bottom glue, increase the coating amount by 20%, and ensure the filling of micro pores on the base surface; After coating, it needs to be left to stand until a transparent film is formed (touch dry and non stick to hands) to avoid vaporization of the interlayer.

Innovation in Glass Bead Spreading: Cement pavement has higher reflective requirements, adopting a dual spreading process (pre mixing+surface spreading); The particle size of the glass beads on the surface has been increased to 0.8-1.2mm, enhancing the durability of reflection on rainy nights.

4、 After construction: scientific standards for maintenance and acceptance

Differentiated period management: During the high temperature period in summer, the open traffic hours will be extended by 50% to avoid uncured markings being stuck by the wheels;

Winter low temperature environment: Cover with insulation film to slow down the cooling rate and prevent sudden cold cracking.

Adhesion test: grid cut method for detection, with no complete detachment at the edge;
