ZH-YF1200, Double-Cylinder Thermoplastic Paint Pre-heater is essential equipment in thermoplastic road marking paint application.
Thermoplastic powder paint will be melted into liquid condition after being heated up to 180°c+, then it can be transferred to thermoplastic road marking machine for traffic line markings.
In the process of marking lines ，the first step is to heat and stir the powdery paint in the preheater until it turns into the liquid paint ，then pours the paint into the marking machine for the marking operation . Since the melting level of the paint has a direct bearing on the quality of marking lines ,the preheater plays an important role
