Fluorescent road surfaces are commonly used to mark lanes, sidewalks, and various road signs on highways. They can store sunlight during the day and the lights of passing vehicles. They shine brightly at night, creating a “night lit highway” that adds luster to the city’s night sky and is convenient for nighttime vehicles. As a highly wear-resistant and anti slip sealing material, the night light colored pavement is suitable for urban landscape pavement, which is both beautiful and environmentally friendly. It can be applied in urban beautification and lighting projects, such as luminous stone roads along the river landscape, urban greenways and bridges and culverts, pedestrian walkways, scenic roads, campus roads, suburban park greenways, etc., to create a new type of smart road for the city.
Construction technology: When constructing fluorescent pavement, the white base should be brushed first. If the floor is permeable, it should be sealed first. The thickness of the white base coating should be as thick as possible to save the amount of fluorescent material and emit light evenly The luminous powder and specialized resin are mixed evenly in a 3:5 ratio specification. The luminous powder and varnish are mixed to form a luminous coating, which is then evenly rolled onto a white background. After the first layer of rolling is dried, the second layer of rolling is applied. The standard overall thickness is about 1mm, and the effect is best when the thickness is above 1.5mm.
