AT-RM-001 is the new generation of TOP ROAD retroreflector measuring instrument, used to measure the retroreflector performance of road markings. This instrument integrates new technologies and adopts modern design and materials. AT-RM-001, like all other DELTA instruments, is easy to calibrate and operate, with a user-friendly interface. The instrument has a sturdy structure and good durability. In addition, it has a small volume (470 × 280 × 150mm/18.0 × 11.0 × 5.9in) and a light weight (5.6kg/12.3 pounds).

AT-RM-001 is suitable for customers who require multiple measurement functions – the instrument software can support measurement implementation for easy access and viewing when reviewing results. AT-RM-001 provides many features that allow for the collection of additional information linked to measurement results, not just reflected result information, including photo documents. The retractable handle ensures the correct ergonomic working position. In addition, the instrument is small in size, light in weight, and easy to transport.

The instrument complies with international standards such as EN1436, ASTM E1710, ASTM E 2177, ASTM E 2302, ASTM E 2367, and ASTM E 2832.

performance
AT-RM-001 measures various types of road markings with high accuracy within a simulated distance of 30 meters. The reproducibility of the instrument is ± 5%, and the repeatability is ± 2%. AT-RM-001 is capable of measuring the RL of cross-sectional height markings at 15mm/0.6in. It measures RL (nighttime visibility) and Qd (daytime visibility) under dry and wet conditions, as well as RL values under continuous rainfall conditions. The measurement range of AT-RM-001 for RL is from 0 to 4000 mcd/lx/qm, and the Qd range is from 0 to 318
mcd/lx/sqm。 This instrument can also measure nighttime chromaticity coordinates (x, y) according to ASTME 2367 and CIE 1931. The LTL3500 has an automatic stray light compensation function. Sunlight and other external light sources will not affect measurement accuracy. AT-RM-001 measurement data can be exported to software such as Excel and Google Earth.
