Main functions of the product
This mixer is an automated production line that integrates material lifting, mixing, storage, quantitative filling, and sewing. It mainly has the following functions:
(1) Automatic material lifting and mixing
A、 Powder: After feeding the material into the feeding hopper, the equipment will automatically lift the material from the bottom to the top and then freely fall. The falling materials are quickly mixed evenly.
B、 Liquid material: After feeding the liquid material into the liquid hopper, the liquid material is lifted to the shower spray device at the top of the equipment by a pump, and then evenly sprayed into the mixing bucket for stirring.
(2) Forced feeding
The forced feeding mechanism pushes the material into and lifts it to the top of the equipment, and then drops it into the mixing bin for mixing. This institution greatly improves the feeding speed and can effectively solve the problem of fluffy and non sliding of ultra light materials.
(3) High speed mixing of materials
The equipment rapidly mixes and mixes various dry powder materials.
(4) Free setting of material mixing time
An electronic timer is set up to freely set the mixing time of materials, preventing operators from accidentally operating and causing the mixing time of materials to be too short or too long.
(5) Quantitative filling
Control the quantitative filling of materials through an electronic control system. Main features: A. The filling volume can be freely set each time.
