Many times, after selecting coatings and glass beads according to project requirements, we either fail to meet the standards or exceed them significantly during acceptance, which greatly increases construction costs and causes unnecessary waste. So how to choose the combination of paint and glass beads is very important.
1、 There are specific requirements for the initial reversal, and the coating generally requires compliance with JT/T280-2022.

1. The reverse requirement is ≥ 350mcd · lx · m, and the construction price is above 35 yuan/㎡. You can choose coatings that comply with JT/T280-2022 and ordinary furnace glass beads (generally within 3 yuan/kg).
2. The reverse requirement is ≥ 350mcd · lx · m, and the construction price is between 25-30 yuan/㎡. You can choose to have the material factory customize a coating (most likely not in compliance with JT/T280-2022 standards), ranging from containing beads without beads to containing a few% of beads+ordinary furnace glass beads.
3. The reverse requirement is ≥ 350mcd · lx · m, and the construction price is within 25 yuan/㎡. This condition actually has little room for choice, and can only be customized with a bead free coating (not in compliance with JT/T280-2022 standard)+ordinary furnace glass beads. The above three situations are quite common. The key lies in the control of the project and understanding of the coatings and glass beads. Both over matching and under matching will increase costs, which is not conducive to competition. In reality, it is rare to achieve just what is right with the least cost.

2、 Not only do they have specific requirements for initial reversal, but they also have requirements for later reversal and wet reversal, and adopt 350 type coating and 350 type process. Generally, the initial reversal is ≥ 350mcd · lx · m, and after 12 months, it is ≥ 100mcd · lx · m

1. The construction price is between 25-30 yuan/square meter, customized bead coating+ordinary furnace glass beads, ensuring initial reversal and considering later reversal (with a certain probability of meeting the standard).
2. The construction price is between 30-35 yuan/square meter, which tests the strength of the material factory. At this price point, it is possible to produce coatings that fully meet the requirements while ensuring construction profits.
3. If the construction price is above 35 yuan/square meter, congratulations. As long as you choose the right paint, you will have a considerable profit. The above three situations are quite common. As for the initial wet state inversion, you don’t have to worry. Using the dry state inversion value/2 is the wet state inversion (which can be achieved by 99% of glass beads).
