Selection of Hot Melt Road Coatings

Hot melt road coating is a high-performance road marking material made by melting resin, pigment, glass microspheres, and additives at high temperatures. It has the characteristics of strong adhesion, wear resistance, weather resistance, and long-lasting reflection. During construction, it is heated to 180-220 ℃ to form a liquid state, and quickly forms after cooling. Suitable for asphalt/cement pavement, it can form clear markings and has excellent reflective effect at night. Compared to cold paint, it has a 3-5 times longer lifespan and is more environmentally friendly without solvents. It has now become the mainstream marking material in transportation engineering.
