- Ingredient road marking paint:

During construction at room temperature, the underlying materials of the components should be mixed and applied to the road surface, and then immediately paved with anti-skid stones. The paving stone should be non colored and slip resistant, and a colored surface layer should be added. The substrate of this coating is generally composed of a solvent-free component system, but there are some residual monomers in the coating resin, which causes less environmental pollution. Coating resins are usually acrylic resin and epoxy resin, which have good adhesion to the bottom layer, firm integration with the ground, good wear resistance and durability, but the cost is relatively high.

When using the ambient temperature marking paint, it should be mixed evenly and filtered with a 60-100 mesh filter to prevent clogging of the nozzle.
- The construction temperature is around 20 degrees Celsius, and the applicable temperature is between 4-40 degrees Celsius. Try to avoid construction below 4.
- Do not add too many solvents to dilute the ambient temperature marking paint, otherwise the proportion of resin in the paint will decrease, causing the marking to fall off and be damaged too early.
- The standard dosage of ambient temperature paint is 0.4-0.5kg/m2. If the paint layer is too thin, it will cause the marking to fall off too early and be damaged.
- Cement pavement construction should use cement pavement coatings.
Before starting work, the ground should be cleaned and kept clean, and there should be no oil stains on the ground.
During the construction period, the ground must be kept clean. After rain, construction on cement roads must be carried out until the surface and base of the ground are completely dry.
