The hot melt marking coating is made of thermoplastic resin and is a powder particle at room temperature before use. Before use, it is necessary to use a melting pot to melt the material. During the process, the temperature should be controlled between 175 ° C and 220 ° C, and the coating should be stirred to ensure even heating. At the beginning of heating, it is not easy to add a large amount of paint at once. First, add a small amount for heating and stirring; Wait until the coating starts to melt before continuously adding it until it completely melts.

Hot melt marking paint should not be used at a low temperature. If the road surface temperature is below zero degrees Celsius, the temperature of the paint can be appropriately increased. During normal construction, the paint should be maintained between 175 ° -220 °. Before marking construction, primer should be applied to the spraying position of the road markings in advance, so that the drawn markings can be maximally unaffected by the sand, stones, and dust on the road surface and have a service life. According to different scene requirements, an appropriate amount of glass microbeads can be added to the paint to make the markings clear even at night.
