The raw materials for road hot-melt coatings mainly include synthetic resins, coloring pigments, bulk pigments, reflective glass beads, and additives. ‌
Synthetic resin: It accounts for about 15% to 20% in hot melt coatings, mainly using petroleum resin, which is a solid resin that plays an important role in the fluidity and adhesion of coatings. ‌
Coloring pigments: used to adjust the color of coatings, including titanium dioxide (for white coatings) and medium chrome yellow (for yellow coatings), accounting for approximately 5% to 10% of the coating. ‌
Constitutional pigments: accounting for approximately 50% to 60% of coatings, the main components are calcium carbonate, quartz sand, wollastonite powder, calcite powder, talc powder, etc. These components are the main components of hot-melt coatings. ‌
