Hand pushed marking machine: in the form of manual assistance, with a manually pushed roller slide device that requires manual walking. It is suitable for small projects and short distance construction, with convenient activities and flexible operation.
Classified by construction materials
Hot melt marking machine: It has gradually developed and improved with the development of hot melt coatings, and is a highly automated machinery. Construction requires a set of several equipment to complete the construction functions of each link from melting materials to marking. This set of equipment generally consists of a hot melt kettle, a marking machine (including a zebra crossing marking machine), a pre marking machine, and a bottom coating machine. Of course, users can choose different models, grades, and functions of equipment configurations based on their own economic strength, engineering quantity, and level of specialization. The hot melt marking machine in the configuration can be divided into three types based on its marking method: hot melt scraping type, hot melt extrusion type, and hot melt spraying type.
Room temperature marking machine: Room temperature marking is one of the oldest conventional marking machines, and this type of marking can generally be completed by a single room temperature marking machine. Room temperature marking machines can be divided into two types based on their marking methods: high-pressure airless type and low-pressure air assisted type; According to the different types of coatings used, it can be divided into three types: room temperature flux type, room temperature water-based, and heated solvent type (the general room temperature marking machine also includes two-component type, especially two-component spraying type, which is a broad-spectrum marking machine that combines conventional room temperature coatings and two-component coating spraying functions).
Double group marking machine: Two component marking is a high-end marking that has emerged in recent years. Unlike hot melt marking and room temperature marking that form coatings through physical drying methods such as temperature drop or solvent (water-based) evaporation, two-component marking is a new type of marking that forms coatings through internal chemical cross-linking. The two-component marking machine used for construction of two-component marking can be divided into three types based on the type of coating it is suitable for and the appearance of the applied line type: spray coating structure type, scraped flat line type, and high-pressure airless spraying type.
