Usage of Road Marking Machine

The method of using a road marking machine mainly includes the following steps:

1. 1.Preparation work. Check if all components of the marking machine are complete, add oil, and adjust the height and speed of the marking machine.
2. 2.Turn on and adjust. Connect the power and turn on the power switch, adjust the height and speed of the marking machine according to actual needs.
3. 3.Site measurement and layout. Measure the site according to the construction design drawings and use chalk marks as the reference points for marking.
4. 4.Road preparation. Clean the road surface, ensure there are no debris, and if necessary, rinse with water until the road surface is completely dry.
5. 5.Spray primer. Spray primer on the marked area before marking to ensure adhesion between the marking and the road surface.
6. 6.Draw a line. Drive the marking machine onto the road that needs to be marked, maintain a certain straight-line driving speed, and press the switch button of the underline machine to mark.
7. 7.Complete the marking. After completing the marking, stop the car, turn off the power switch, and clean the marking machine.
8. 8.Precautions. Ensure that the machine is preheated and adjusted to the appropriate working pressure before operation; Maintain a constant speed of the machine during operation to avoid sharp turns; Turn on the reflux pressure relief to zero before shutting down to avoid machine damage.
